Faith-Guided, Root-Cause Fertility Support for Natural Conception
For women trying to conceive who feel like something deeper may be getting missed.
Discover How It Works
If you've been trying to conceive and still don't have clear answers, you aren't alone
Maybe your labs come back “normal,” but your cycles are still unpredictable.
Maybe you’ve been trying for a year or longer and feel like something in your body just isn’t clicking.
You might be dealing with symptoms often connected to PCOS — irregular cycles, intense cravings, fatigue, acne, or feeling like your body isn’t cooperating — yet no one has ever really looked deeper.
Maybe you've been diagnosed with PCOS and have been told you need to lose weight and it ends at that.
This isn’t about trying harder or adding more supplements.
Often, it’s about slowing down and looking at the full picture.
I help women take a root-cause approach to fertility by exploring the foundations that support healthy ovulation and hormones while honoring the way God designed the body to work together.
If you’ve been trying for a while and feel like there may be something deeper to uncover, you’re in the right place.

“I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well” -Psalm 139:14
Does this sound familiar?
✓ You’ve been trying to conceive for a year or longer, but your cycles are unpredictable or inconsistent, and you’re starting to wonder if something deeper is affecting ovulation.
✓ Your labs keep coming back “normal,” yet you still deal with things like strong sugar cravings, fatigue, acne, or stubborn symptoms that make you feel like your body isn’t fully cooperating.
✓ PCOS has never been clearly discussed with you, maybe because you don’t fit the typical picture, but many of the symptoms seem to sound familiar.
✓ You’ve left appointments being told to “just keep trying,” or encouraged to move quickly toward treatments, without anyone slowing down to explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
If this sounds like you, know that you are not alone in this season. With faith, deeper investigation, and intentional support, there is a path toward healing and toward the family God has been quietly preparing your heart for.

I can help you!
I work with women who have been trying to conceive for a while and feel like something deeper may be getting missed. Many of the women I support are experiencing symptoms often connected to PCOS, things like irregular cycles, strong cravings, fatigue, acne, or feeling like their body just isn’t cooperating, even though their labs may come back “normal.”
Through a root-cause, holistic approach grounded in faith, we look at how things like gut health, blood sugar balance, hormones, stress, and nourishment may be influencing ovulation and fertility.
This isn’t about rushing straight to the next intervention or ignoring what your body may be trying to communicate.
It’s about slowing down, honoring the way God designed the body to function, and supporting the foundations that allow hormones and ovulation to work the way they were created to.
When those foundations are supported, many women begin to experience more clarity, more balance in their cycles, and renewed hope for the path ahead.

Fertility Beliefs Worth Re-Thinking
If you’ve been trying to conceive and feeling unsure, you’re not alone. These gentle reframes can help you see your fertility through a clearer, more supported lens.
“Normal” labs don’t always mean everything is working well.
Feeling “off” in your body can be meaningful when trying to conceive.
Preparing for pregnancy is more than timing and supplements.
Faith and wisdom can exist together in this journey.
When you start to look at fertility as a whole — how your cycle, hormones, stress, nourishment, and overall health interact — things begin to feel less confusing. It becomes clearer why “doing all the right things” hasn’t brought the clarity or confidence you were hoping for, and why your body may still feel hesitant or out of sync as you prepare for pregnancy.
The good news is that this doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong, it means there’s more to understand. With thoughtful, root-cause support grounded in faith, it’s possible to restore balance, rebuild trust in your body, and create a steady foundation for fertility and long-term health.

Hi! I’m Lindsay, a faith-guided, holistic fertility coach.
For years, I thought I was doing everything “right” when it came to my health. But when it came time to grow our family, my body struggled. I was often told everything looked “normal,” even though I was experiencing symptoms that didn’t feel normal at all.
After needing medication to conceive my first daughter and later walking through a miscarriage, I began asking deeper questions about what might really be going on in my body.
As I started supporting my health more holistically — focusing on nourishment, gut health, stress, and honoring the way God designed the body to function — things began to shift. From that place, I went on to conceive and carry my second daughter through a healthy pregnancy.
Looking back, many of the symptoms I experienced align with patterns often seen in PCOS, yet they were never fully investigated.
That experience is a big part of why I care so deeply about this work today.
My heart is to help women uncover what may be getting missed, support their bodies the way they were designed, and move forward with clarity, hope, and faith.
